Additionally, the establishment maintains a reserve of guards available for deployment as needed. The operations room records all events throughout the day and compiles a report on field activities.

• Recording visitor details, verifying their identification (ID cards), directing them to the correct locations, and documenting this in the status log.
• Organizing the vacation schedule for security personnel.
• Inspecting safety equipment on site and submitting a report of any findings.
• Quickly intervening and supporting safety technicians during a fire or emergency.
• Promptly evacuating the site if workers are at risk.

Facility of Security and Safety Operations

• Ensuring full adherence to all instructions provided by the client.

• Ensuring the security and integrity of custody areas.
• Coordinating with the operations room in case of an emergency or critical situation.

• Rapid intervention and safety technician support when there is a fire.
• Coordinating with the site security officer and informing the relevant authorities when there is an accident.
